- This is a CLEO mod that I've used for a really long time, I don't know
exactly who made the source code but I remember that I got it from my
friend and he told me this belonged to a person on www.igta.cn... I
still don't know, but then I decide to share this awesome CLEO mod and
add some new voices just because there're lack of quality voice mods
(through CLEO) on the net. So, I hope you will enjoy and I recommend
using this if you have an anime girl in your GTA ;)
